Flying high

Vijaypat Singhania, an Indian tycoon, has broken the world record for the highest flight in a hot air balloon. He took off just outside Mumbai this morning, close to where we are staying. Not surprisingly his feat has gone down well in the city, where people are celebrating him as a hero. It doesn't matter if the balloon and support team were British, Mumbai's residents are aiming high, and frequently their dreams are becoming a reality.
