"Nanotechnology is the next big thing, say the venture capitalists and Governments who are pouring billions of pounds into its research and development. Will the manipulation of matter at the molecular scale revolutionise everything from medicine to computers, military, technology and agriculture? Or has nano been cruelly over-hyped? The ICA brings together an inter-disciplinary panel to imagine the possibilities for life and art.
