Creative Management - Mark Irving

Mark Irving is a journalist and broadcaster who recently completed an MA dissertation on 'The Art of Creative Management' at City University.

Based on research at some of Britain's top art galleries, including Tate Britain and the Serpentine, Mark looks at approaches for how galleries can harness the collective intelligence of all their employees to produce better work.
