As you can probably tell from all our blog posts, we're getting excited about the launch of  Video Republic on Monday. Last week Charlie Tims and I went to Amsterdam to PICNIC to give a preview of the research, and ended up having a brilliant discussion with a film futurist and an executive from MTV. It was the only conference I've ever been to where most surfaces were covered in real turf (it took me a while to make the obvious link: PICNIC = grass).

So, having spent the last year immersed in the weird and wonderful world of online video we thought we should probably put our money where our mouth was. Thanks to our resident audio visual genius Tom Silverstone, we've produced a video introduction to the new report. Take a look and tell us what you think, and please leave your comments.
