Ben Page, Director of Ipsos-Mori will start the discussion with a look at the most recent polling data. We will be joined by Steven Norris, Conservative Candidate for London Mayor in 2000 and 2004, Tessa Jowell, Ken's campaign Chairman, Sonia Purnell, journalist and Boris biographer and Dave Hill, the Guardian's London blogger. The event will be chaired by Ben Rogers, Director of Centre for London.
The seminar will explore which elements of the Campaigns are creating most traction amongst voters and how this is playing out differently across London’s voter groups. We will examine which policy issues appear to matter more to Londoners, evaluate how well the Mayoral candidates have performed so far, and look forward to the election on 3rd May.
The audience will include London MPs, political commentators, selected journalists and key figures with an interest in the future of policy in London.
