Demos is delighted to host a keynote speech by Caroline Lucas MEP,  The Leader of the Green Party of England and Wales, on 'Progressive Politics: What future in the UK?'

Progressive politics are built on hope and trust, but both of these are in short supply in the current social and economic climate. Caroline Lucas will argue that today's economic, political and environmental crises represent a key opportunity to embrace Green economics, and for policymakers to prioritise people's well-being above narrow and short-term economic growth.
