On Tuesday 19 July we launched Reinventing the Workplace, a new Demos pamphlet on flexible working and its role in promoting positive social and economic outcomes. In the pamphlet, we advocate the case for extending access to flexible working and more radical action on parental leave in the face of countervailing pressure from the business community.
