Disorganisation launch event - 25 November

We'll be launching our new report about the future of organisations on the morning of the 25th November. Bill Morris (former gen sec of TGWU), John Knell (Intelligence Agency) and Elizabeth Coffey (Mercer Delta) will be speaking before we open it up to what we hope will be a interesting discussion. The argument of the report will be that pressure from employees is going to force organisations to give them greater autonomy and flexibility in working life.
