Walmart superstore??? Say it isn't so

Also, while I was ogling eco-adhesive, I was ignoring the digital TV displays. This is ok, because the displays themselves weren't that exciting. But for some kind of journalistic integrity (though I'm not one) I should probably mention that yes, digital TV is a big deal for this area (something like 30% of China's total traditional TV exports are made here, and what if we all start watching TV on our mobile phones instead?)

But what I'm really excited about is that I had an evening out of the hotel. I wanted to go to a street called Pood where the menus are in Chinese and ordering fish means that they bring the live specimen to the table for your inspection. So while Adee and I were eating this poor fish and mabu dofu amongst the friday night crowds, the 'Happy Valley' theme park down the road was providing roller-coaster thrills, and two Chinese astronauts were orbiting above us on Shenzhou VI, conducting scientific experiments.

I'm thinking Happy Valley-themed shuttle trips you can purchase at Walmart? Or something more exciting?

Modernity, made by China.
