Ally joined Demos as a Junior Associate in July 2012, working on the public services and welfare programme.
Ally qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist, with a PGDip from City University, in July 2011. She also holds a BA in Classics from Magdalen College Oxford.
Prior to joining Demos, Ally assisted on a project looking at the future of families to 2030 for the Family and Parenting Institute, and worked as a Research Co-ordinator at Turning Point.
