He graduated with an MSc in Political Theory from the London School of Economics in 2009, where he developed an interest in liberal multiculturalism and liberal conceptions of freedom. In October 2010 he is going to the University of Cambridge to read for a fast-track BA in Law.

Before taking his Masters degree, Bill also interned in parliament for David Laws MP, Liberal Democrat Shadow Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families, and for Accord Coalition, who campaign for more inclusive state-funded faith schools.
