- "Hi, your name is... Hi, your name is..." Slim/Shady (approach to London Branding) Our 10 ideas for Brown are in the New Statesman at the moment. Somewhere in there is a call for “a more inclusive, less corporate Olympics”. I’m not sure if the current hoo ha being cooked up around the release of the brand for the London Olympics is quite in this spirit. If you want a “sneak preview” of the messages that will attempt to define what London and the UK stands for over the next 10 years you can register for the website and then answer a series of... continue reading on 31st May 2007 in Demos Projects on the 2012 London Olympics Comments (1)
- dreams and nightmares So, The Dreaming City: Glasgow 2020 and the Power of Mass Imagination is launched today in the Mitchell Library in Glasgow. The book reflects an 18 month long project to imagine the future of Glasgow through the creativity and imagination of its people. Interpretations of press releases and quotes etc have left Glasgow City Council's nose slightly out of joint which is a shame, as they have supported a risky and innovative project from the outset - the first attempt to imagine the future of a... continue reading on 23rd May 2007 Comments (1)

Sadly, we will be renaming “The DIY... continue reading on 4th April 2007 Comments (2)

- look into my ideas For those feeling a bit iffy about Valentines Day next week, a viable alternative will present itself at the Hayward Gallery tomorrow (Thursday). Look into My Ideas is a bit like a backwards event. Instead of having a speaker and then a bit networking, we're doing the networking first and then having the speaker (Paul Ormerod author of Why Most Things Fail). Only difference is the networking will be refashioned as the speed-dating of your ideas. The weather is not looking so hot, which will... continue reading on 6th February 2007
