Jess assists with the running of the Demos' events programmes and is currently working on the Party Conference season for 2012. 

 Jess holds a BA in International History & Politics from the University of Leeds, and an MA in International Studies (Diplomacy) from the University of Birmingham. Prior to joining Demos Jess worked in Scottish public policy and economic development events, and had also been an intern at the John Smith Memorial Trust.
