What about that new windmill by the Thames then! I was so cheered to see it whizzing round the other day when I was down by the riverbank - and I had no idea it was going to go up. It's weird how things just spring up overnight in London. I have been reeling from the Country Life poll which listed windfarms as the worst eyesore in the UK. (see also demos blog November 13), but its good enough for the super cool south bank. Style leadership right outside our window.
