Josephine is responsible for the organisation and delivery of Demos events and for managing the Demos office. She contributed to the delivery of Demos' successful 2012 party conference programme.

Prior to joining Demos, she worked for a commercial events company and organised events for an international development charity. She has also spent time managing a departmental office at Harrods, and has interned in the campaigns team at the Fawcett Society.

Josephine holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge, as well as an MSc in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
