Kiley is a full-time research intern at Demos
Kiley is a San Francisco native, currently interning with the Culture Unit. She has spent the last ten years intimately involved with the Arts and Culture, Philanthropic, and Technology sectors in both the US and the EU. Kiley is particularly interested in how cultural policies are developed and deployed in practice.
As a research intern with Demos, Kiley is working with Samuel Jones to track the changes the Royal Shakespeare Company have carried out in its commitment to become an “ensemble” company and a learning organisation. The final report that will be generated in light of this 2 year study, will be of use not only to the RSC, but will contribute significantly to the study of cultural leadership and organisational change in the United Kingdom.
Kiley holds a BA in Art and Architectural History and is currently amidst completing her MA thesis in Cultural Policy and Arts Management.
