Omar is a researcher at the Young Foundation working on the UpRising Project. The project aims to develop and train a new generation of public leaders. He also provides research support to the Associate Director for Research and the Director.Before joining The Young Foundation Omar worked as a Parliamentary Researcher for a Member of Parliament.
