Patrick Noack is founding partner at Scenario Development, a practice which assists a range of clients in the understanding, use and development of scenarios.

With Scenario Development, Patrick has worked with a many international clients developing scenarios and related materials including HIV/AIDS, international development, globalisation, product launches and international aid.  This nature of work was carried out for multinational companies, NGOs, government ministries and multilateral organisations.  He has achieved his leading position in this field thanks to his multidisciplinary background which include a science PhD and a Master’s in Social policy from the LSE.  Patrick’s extensive scenario facilitation experience and large network represent a fundamental addition to the firm.

Prior to founding Scenario Development, Patrick has worked extensively with the scenarios team at Shell International and with UNAIDS where he was a central team member of the AIDS in Africa scenarios.
