Rob is a strategy consultant specialising in social enterprise, not-for-profit management, and public services. He is a Senior Consultant at RSe Consulting where his clients include the BBC, the Audit Commission, the Department of Communities and Local Government, and a range of local authorities. Rob is working with Demos on mental health issues and is currently studying the Government’s proposals to expand the provision of talking therapies, through the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme.  He is working with a group of mental health professionals, including psychotherapist and journalist Derek Draper, on ways in which the voluntary sector can contribute to the provision of new therapy services.

Before joining RSe Rob spent four years as Head of Strategy Analysis at Which? (formerly the Consumers Association).  The early part of his career was spent managing a social enterprise providing housing and training for young homeless people, and as a consultant to charities and community organisations.

Rob has a first degree in Philosophy and a Masters in Business Administration.  He is a non-Executive Director of the Cripplegate Foundation.
