Sik Hei was born and raised in Hong Kong. He is also a rising senior from Boston University majoring in political science. He is interning at Demos from June to August 2010. He is currently researching the family policies of the major UK political parties.

He is primarily interested in public policy and political institutions of both East Asian countries and the United States.
