Tim is a political professional with a passion for Information and Communications Technology. He holds a MSc in Politics and Communications from London School of Economics, focusing on the use of infromation technology in politcal communication. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Law and a Masters in Public Policy Management.

Prior to joining Demos, Tim worked as an Information Technology solicitor with the Australian Law firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, as advisor to the Australian Labour Party and senior advisor on Climate Change and Innovation  to the Priemier Victoria in Australia.

He currently works at Telstra, as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Voice Broadband and Media.
