Tom was a Junior Associate at Demos.
Tom joined Demos in 2010. His research interests are based around the use of quantitative analysis in public policy.
Tom worked on a number of projects during his time at Demos, co-authoring Reinventing the Workplace, Coping with the Cuts, Youth Labour's Lost and A Place for Pride. He holds an MA in Philosophy from UCL and a BA in Economics and Politics from Oxford University.
