Will was an intern researcher on the Progressive Conservatism Project at Demos.

He gained a First Class degree in English Literature at Edinburgh University, and then moved to London where he converted to law and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn.

After a period conducting economic and social policy research for another think tank, the Social Market Foundation, he joined Demos in May 2009.
