An Online Showcase Of Former Demos Interns

The Hive is like an art gallery... Except instead of pictures and paintings, there is a catalogue of some of the former interns who have passed through our doors. Prepared to be amazed. Or at least moderately impressed...

Modern recruitment is a difficult world to inhabit. Advertisements for individual positions often demand extensive experience, which many young people find difficult to come by. Furthermore, graduate training schemes set numerous hurdles in the way of that illusive first step on the career ladder. Once you’ve tackled the six page application, you still have the verbal and numerical reasoning test and a series of interviews to contend with.

One of the keys to forging a successful career is networking. By establishing this online network of former interns, we hope to exhibit this large pool of talent and enable them to develop such networks with greater ease. The Hive will consist of online profiles of former interns, offering basic information such as academic background and work experience and allowing these individuals to forge their own digital identity.

Demos is looking to develop the ways in which we support former interns, following the conclusion of their time with us. We are building an online network of former interns. This will allow us to keep tabs on the little devils and help showcase this talented group of individuals.
