European Youth Video Project
This is put together by the European Cultural Foundation who are based in Helsinki. They have three key functions - organising the cultural sector in tricky parts of europe (eastern Europe, North Africs, Middle East, Former USSER, Balkans), lobbying the EU, developing their own projects and funding other organisations to do cultural projects accross borders. The one minuteJR is one of there's. These are one minute videos made by children with visual artists in workshops accross europe.
